What information do I need from a buyer to set a showing?
Sellers Answers

You will want to capture the buyers first and last name, cell phone number, work number if the showing is during the day and always ask who will be accompanying the buyer at the showing (spouse, friends, family, realtor).  Get as much information as possible. Ask if they have a fax machine if they do and you do, get them to fax a copy of their drivers license to you. You always want to know who is showing up at your home. Try to never show your home alone.
