It is completely up to you if you would like to add a co-op commission to your listing. Research your area. Are there a lot of listings in your area that you may pick up traffic from a buyers agent? If so, you may want to offer a co-op commission to stay competitive. If you choose to offer a co-op commission , announce that in your title tag of your listing so a buyer will recognize the co-op and inform their agent if they have one.
